A Fresh, Bright Image in Vitamin Colors: Website for a Company Running Produce Sections in Supermarkets [Case Study]

F.V.M Co., Ltd. commissioned us to create a new website.

F.V.M is a tenant company that sells fruit and vegetables in supermarket produce sections, and it wanted a website to help recruit more staff.

Design

We worked on both the visuals and the content so that job seekers arriving at the website from a job listing would immediately sense the company's appeal and atmosphere.

We prioritized a design that suits a produce-section business, adopting a color scheme based on vitamin colors such as orange, green, and yellow that conveys freshness and brightness.

A simple, visually clear layout lets users access information comfortably.

To convey the lively atmosphere of a produce section, we also used plenty of photos and imagery, reflecting a bright, energetic image in the design.

Because the client also wanted to focus on recruitment, the careers page includes a timetable for each shift in addition to the job requirements.

Icons with produce motifs appear here and there throughout the site. Some double as clocks, others as map pins, adding a touch of playfulness.

Photography

For the website, we visited one of the company's tenant stores and photographed the produce section and the work area.

Even while our photographer was shooting, the processing and packaging of products moved steadily along, the shelves filled up one after another, and a clean, well-organized sales floor took shape before our eyes. It was a great demonstration of the staff's efficiency and outstanding teamwork.

The employees kindly cooperated with the shoot despite being busy preparing for opening. Thank you very much.

Maintenance

WAN also took on maintenance of the website after launch.

We had previously created the website for Hara Seika Co., Ltd., the parent company of F.V.M, and we handle its maintenance as well.

In addition to building websites, WAN provides updates, security checks, and troubleshooting support so that clients can run their websites with peace of mind.
